Worship TEAM Training
Being a Worship Team is a lot more then just a group of people playing some worship songs to the best of their ability! We can only truly operate as a unity and easily serve God, each other, the pastor and the congregation if we all have the same foundation of what worship is and what our roles are.
 
In the past few decades worship has been given an increasing role of importance in our services. The use of more instruments, visual effects and an increase in styles have sky-rocketted. With the internet and the availablitity of CD's from all over rthe world christians have come to expect higher levels of skill and quality of their worship teams.
 
But with the growth of demand we have to stay aware of the heart of worship! And that's where this teaching comes in.These training sessions are mostly centred on our heart attitudes, our desire to operate as one and to build a biblical and practical foundation for our service as worshippers. With it the individual worshipper and the team as a whole can embrace the same goal and serve the congregation so much better!
 
This is a practical, hands-on approach that doesn't condemn or correct, it actually streghtens your foundation so you and your team can build your own style on top of it.

Worship LEADER Training
Leading the worship for your congregation is a very important job. You have the resposablilty to know them, to know your pastor and to seek Gods inspriation to lead the congregation. Next to that you have to take care of your team, your own musical skills and find the right songs. All of this can be overwhelming at times and many leaders have found themsleves in a position that they feel like they have to re-invent the wheel on their own.
 
These training conversations are geared to worship leaders of all levels: From beginning worship leaders to seasoned worship pastors. The hands-on practical approach will give you the tools to grow faster, see clearer and lead better.
